AskMed (App Store name "Medical Assistant: AskMed AI") is an AI medical reference app for healthcare professionals and students. It answers clinical questions with citations to journals, guidelines and drug labels, so every answer can be checked at its source.

Who it's for

Doctors (family medicine and GP, internal medicine and other specialties), residents, medical students, nurses, pharmacists and medical researchers.

What it does

Cited answers from journals, guidelines and drug labels. Research Mode analyzes up to 20 papers. Source filters, and PDFs and images can be attached to a question.

What it doesn't do

It is not a symptom checker and not for patients' self-diagnosis. It gives no medication dosing and carries no pharma advertising or sponsorship. It is for education and reference, not a substitute for clinical judgment.
